High Efficiency Filters with Cyclonic Pre-Separation

The Airalt line consists of cylindrical filter units designed for maximum efficiency. Made of high-strength steel, Airalt units feature a tangential airflow inlet that allows excellent cyclonic pre-separation. This innovative design maximizes particle separation before the air reaches the filtration system, reducing wear and tear on internal components and improving overall performance.

Available in Two Versions

• Airalt ST: vertically mounted cartridge filters, ideal for environments where a high-efficiency filtration system is needed, with excellent capacity to retain the finest particles.
• Airalt/M: bag filters, designed for heavier industrial applications. Vertical sleeves ensure long service life and high filtration capacity even under high dust loading conditions.

Both versions are equipped with an automatic compressed air cleaning system. This system ensures continuous cleaning of the filters without the need to stop the system, maintaining consistent performance over time. Automatic cleaning reduces maintenance costs and prolongs the service life of the filter units, while ensuring high particle separation efficiency.

For applications in hazardous environments, the Airalt line is also available with ATEX certification.
